This Policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for STR Scouter, operated by After Hours Enterprises LLC.
The Service includes a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. You will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe at or after the end of the trial period.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to the Service until then.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or for unused time within an active subscription.
Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in the following cases:
To request a refund, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 14 days of the charge. Include your account email and the date of the charge.
If you dispute a charge with your card issuer rather than contacting us first, we may suspend or terminate your account. We strongly recommend contacting [SUPPORT EMAIL] first — almost every billing issue can be resolved within 1–2 business days.
We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days’ notice via email. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect; you will not be charged the new price for any unused portion of your current billing period.
Cancelling your subscription stops billing but preserves your account so you can resubscribe later without losing settings. To permanently delete your account and associated data, see our Privacy Policy.
