Why we built this

We built STR Scouter so every new STR-quality listing across all 50 states lives in one focused dashboard. Already filtered. Already tagged against the patterns that signal a strong short-term rental. Updated daily.

What makes a property “good”

Our algorithm doesn’t guess. It looks at concrete signals from the listing itself:

• Active — the property is currently operating as a short-term rental, based on listing language, photos, and historical signals.
• Potential — the property has strong fundamentals for STR conversion: location, size, price band, property type.

We don’t predict revenue, project ROI, or guarantee anything. We surface the deals worth a closer look so you can spend your time on diligence, not searching.
