What happens after the 7-day trial?

Where do listings come from?

We aggregate publicly available listings from major real estate sources every day. Every new listing across all 50 states is checked against STR criteria and tagged automatically the morning after it goes live.

How does the “Active” vs “Potential” tag work?

An Active tag means the property is currently operating as a short-term rental, based on listing language and historical signals. A Potential tag means the property has strong fundamentals (location, size, price, type) for STR conversion. We surface both so you can choose your strategy.

We pull new listings every 24 hours across all 50 states. The dashboard reflects everything that’s on the market right now — just open it whenever and the feed is fresh.

Do you check local short-term rental regulations?

No. STR regulations vary by city, county, and HOA, and change frequently. You are responsible for verifying that short-term rentals are permitted at any property before purchasing. Our tagging does not account for local rules.

How accurate is the data?

We surface what the listing source publishes. Listings can be sold, pending, or off-market by the time you click through, and details like price or photos can change. Always verify with the original listing source and the listing agent before any purchase decision.

Do you offer refunds?

We don’t refund partial billing periods, but we do refund duplicate or accidental charges and billing errors. See our Refund Policy for details.
